Prices are based on weight and cost of fuel and subject to change.  Current prices will always be listed correctly on this page.
Private Cremation cost includes one of the above hard, white, plastic, temporary urns.  The temporary urn will have your pet's paw print on the back, a poem on the top and date of death on front.  The sacred cremains of your pet will be sealed inside a plastic bag, then sealed inside the temporary urn; this allows easy transfer to a permanent urn when you find one that matches your pet's personality.  We can make time available for you to come in person to check out our in stock urns, or select one from the "Urns" link on this web page.  All urns listed on this website other than the white plastic temporary urns are an additional cost to the private cremation service prices ... prices of urns are as published on this website, plus tax.

Please note changes in prices effective 01 January 2018

I have been doing pet cremations for over 10 years and can honestly say I am an expert in companion animal aftercare.  During this time we have made very few price adjustments; however, in order to keep up with growing costs we will be changing prices for services starting 1 Jan 2018.

Starting 1 Jan 2018 cremation cost will increase:  The current prices for a private service will become the cost for an individual service.  The prices for communal services will remain the same.  The change will be private services where only one companion / pet is in the unit at a time.   Both Individual and Private type services will return your companions cremated remains to you in an urn of your choosing.

These changes will allow us to continue to adhere  to the PLPA ethical standards for the aftercare of companion animals.   The Pet Loss Professionals Alliance, ( PLPA), is a segment of the International Cemetery, Cremation & Funeral Association, (ICCFA).

A Private Pet Cremation is the most costly because we will run the unit just for your pet.  An Individual Cremation Service is less costly because you will share the cost of running the unit with another family.  A fire brick wall will be built inside the retort, (cremation chamber), to partition off your pet from others.  Both Private and Individual services will return our pet to you in an urn of your choosing.  The least costly Pet Cremation is a Communal Cremation Service.  With a communal cremation you will not get the ashes back .  Your pet will be processed with several others, co-mingling of the cremains will not allow us to return individual pet cremains with any integrity.

Private Service

A Private service is when your pet is the only pet in the cremation unit.  A Private cremation service will return the cremains or ashes back to you in a Pet Urn of your choosing.

Individual Service

A Individual or partitioned service is when your pet will share the unit with another family's pet.  We will build a fire brick wall between the two pets giving your companion his or her individual section of the cremation chamber.  Ashes are returned in a Pet Urn of your choosing.

Communal or Group Service

The least costly Pet Cremation is a Communal Cremation Service.  With a communal cremation you will not get the ashes back .  Your pet will be processed with several others, co-mingling of the cremated remains will not allow us to return individual pet cremains with any integrity.

We could not honestly say that we are experts in companion animal aftercare without strictly adering to these professional industry standards and ethics outlined by the PLPA .   We are professional experts in companion animal aftercare and can proudly say we have always adhered to and promise to continue to adhere to the PLPA ethical standards of professionalism.
